Wake EMS Division Graduates 15

Today, the Wake County EMS Division graduated 15 paramedics and EMTs from its Third Recruit Academy.  The ceremony took place at the Wake County EMS System Training Center.

Surrounded by family and friends, each recruit received their diploma and took the EMS Division oath.  Recruit Cora received special recognition as the class’s Honor Recruit.  This recognition was voted upon by her classmates, and signifies a commitment to the Wake County EMS System’s Core Values.

Having now graduated from the academy, each member of the recruit class will be assigned to a Field Training Officer (FTO) to complete the next step in their training process.
