EMS Implements New Data Systems

The Wake County EMS System began training on its new “data project” components today.  The five components are:

These systems will replace existing, antiquated systems and allow for a more integrated EMS System among the five EMS agencies.   These systems will also assist the System in cutting costs, through better inventory controls, decreasing overtime costs and improved compliance. 

These systems will be brought “on-line” over the next several weeks, with full implementation by July 1, 2010.
